TV series Hidden Talents sets out to find ordinary people with extraordinary skills. Could you cut it as a project coordinator?

Over the past two weeks, we’ve been posting blogs about recruitment and what we look for in our freelance transcribers and translators. Today, we are honouring the people who keep the show running behind the scenes – the project coordinators.

Working as a project coordinator is tough, there’s no doubt about it. We’d like to say it’s all fun and games, but I’m afraid that’s simply not true. Booking in client projects, allocating files, proofreading documents, providing feedback – often at the same time – means our project coordinators have to be hardworking, organised, efficient and enthusiastic. They are our unsung heroes, and we salute them.

New Channel 4 series Hidden Talents sets out to find ordinary people with skills they never knew they had, and we thought it would be good to put you to the test in order to find out what it’s really like working as project coordinator. Below you will find links to two tests on the Hidden Talents website, one to measure your ability to multi-task, and the other assessing your language learning capability. Once you’ve taken the tests, come back here and post your results in the comments below!
