Use this form if you want to raise a complaint about how Language Insight has collected, used, stored, shared, retained or otherwise handled personal data.
This may include concerns about a subject access request, another data protection rights request, the accuracy of personal data, how long we have kept personal data, a suspected data security issue, or how personal data has been used.
You do not need to quote data protection law or use legal terminology. Please provide enough information for us to understand and investigate your concern.

After you submit this form, it will be referred to Language Insight’s Privacy Team for review.
We will acknowledge receipt of your data protection complaint within 30 days. We may contact you sooner if we need further information, proof of identity or evidence that you are authorised to act on behalf of another person.
We will investigate and respond without undue delay. Once our review is complete, we will explain the outcome of your complaint.
